产品经济和市场经济的显著差别在于前者以产品为中心,后者以市场为中心。在产品经济体制下,强调以生产为主,企业只需完成或超额完成生产任务,产品销售由国家一手承揽,造成企业只求产量不顾质量,只求产值不顾效益,只求完成任务不顾市场需求,结果长线产品年年积,短线产品月月缺,“皇帝女儿不愁嫁”,哪管质量优与劣,产值年年升,利润年年降,亏损不亏损,工资照样发,穷了职工,亏了企业,困了国家。
The significant difference between product economy and market economy is that the former is centered on products, and the latter is market-centered.
