利用现有的土力学理论,对土压平衡盾构推进与停机两种状态下开挖面前方土压力与土仓内土压力类型进行了分析。通过理论计算和分析,提出了根据开挖面前方地层的地质条件和沉降要求等进行土仓压力设定的方法,指出了当土仓内土体与开挖面前方土体基本一致时,土仓压力很难与开挖面前方土压力基本相同。通过理论分析,提出了土仓压力控制的方法,以及采取土仓内土体改良、注入泡沫或高压气体形成气压、严格控制出土量等控制土仓压力的技术措施。
Based on the existing theory of soil mechanics, the earth pressure in front of the excavation face and the type of earth pressure in the earth pockets under the two conditions of advancing and stopping of the earth pressure balance shield are analyzed. According to the theoretical calculation and analysis, the method of setting the pressure in the soil compartment is proposed according to the geological conditions and settlement requirements of the strata in front of the excavation face. It is pointed out that when the soil body in the soil silo is basically consistent with the soil in front of the excavation face, Warehouse pressure is very difficult and earth pressure in front of excavation is basically the same. Through theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward a method of soil pressure control, as well as the technical measures to control soil pressure such as soil improvement in soil storehouse, injection of foam or high pressure gas to form barometric pressure, strict control of excavation volume and so on.
