1.引言 水果等天然食物在收获或运输时一般要受机械力的作用。这可能引起碰撞、刺扎、砸击等形式的损伤。为了防止损伤,保证顾客得到优质水果,研究水果的机械损伤机制非常必要。如果已知给定水果组织和表皮的本构关系,就可合理计算水果的机械损伤。这时,这些本构关系就可用来确定搬运时由于特定边界载荷可能引起的整个水果的应力和应变分布。根据这种资料,可以确定应力及应变的临界区域以及搞清结构破坏的机制。
1. Introduction Fruits and other natural foods are generally subject to mechanical forces during harvest or transport. This can cause damage in the form of collisions, punctures, smashing and the like. In order to prevent damage, to ensure that customers get high-quality fruits, fruit mechanical damage mechanism is necessary. Given the constitutive relationship of a given fruit tissue and epidermis, the mechanical damage to the fruit can be reasonably calculated.
