Objective: To investigate the effect of Puerariae decoction on the extraction rate of effective components of Radix et Rhizoma Rhizomae and Radix Angelicae sinensis in Pueraria radix astragalus and Radix Puerariae. Methods: The samples of puerarin roasted and co-fried were prepared. The contents of puerarin, daidzin, daidzein, baicalin and berberine were determined by HPLC-DAD. The desmethyl pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was determined by GC-MS. NMP), demethylephedrine hydrochloride (NME), ephedrine hydrochloride (E), pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (PE), and methylephedrine hydrochloride (ME), and the extraction rate was calculated. RESULTS: The extraction rates of pueraria scutellariae Huanglian decoction sample (A) and co-fried sample (B) were: puerarin (46.09±0.90)% (46.59±1.87)%, daidzein (46.34±2.54)%, 43.67±2.93)%, daidzein (34.40±3.03)% (, 34.28±2.71)%, baicalin (40.39±1.30)% (, 39.70±0.60)%, berberine (40.92±0.95)%, 41.64±1.28)%, P>0.05; extraction rate of pueraria decoction sample (C) and co-fried sample (D) were: puerarin (47.13±2.14)% (45.68±2.50)%, daidzin (45.01) ±3.13)% (,44.44±2.83)%, Daidzein (33.58±2.60)% (,30.75±3.05)%, NMP (43.35±0.74)% (,42.17±1.21)%, NME (43.78±1.45) %(,42.26±2.48)%, E(49.73±0.54)%(,49.18±0.39)%, PE(40.82±0.92)%(,38.69±2.68)%,ME(49.73±3.13)%(,47.05± 2.85)%, P>0.05. Conclusion: The pueraria stalk fried has no effect on the extraction rate of the active ingredients of the two parties.
