本文报道了光漫射测量粗表面性质的应用技术,理论设计及实际应用。从理论上论述了表面粗度振幅存在着三个区域:一、振幅小的粗度,二、振福大的粗度,三、二者间一个很小的平均区域。光对表面漫射通量的空间分布可提供易解、可靠的情况。振幅小的表面粗度可用衍射理论计算出表面强度光谱的密度;振幅大的表面粗度可用微反射理论确定高低不平的表
In this paper, the application technology, theoretical design and practical application of light scattering measurement of rough surface properties are reported. Theoretically, there are three areas of surface roughness amplitude: one is the small amplitude, the other is the big one, the third one is a small average area. The spatial distribution of light-to-surface diffusive fluxes provides an easy-to-interpret, reliable case. Small amplitude of the surface roughness Diffraction theory can be used to calculate the intensity of the surface intensity spectrum; large amplitude surface roughness micro-reflection theory can be used to determine the rugged table
