目的调查和分析某制鞋企业职业性苯中毒的原因,为制定制鞋行业预防控制措施提供参考。方法按照国家相应的技术规范、标准对本市某制鞋企业进行职业卫生学调查,对该企业作业场所空气中有害物质浓度进行测定,并对49例劳动者进行职业健康检查。结果本次共对该企业的贴底等5个工作岗位环境空气中三苯等有毒有害物质浓度进行了检测,其中贴底岗位的甲苯的C TWA、C STEL分别为143.71 mg/m3和199.14 mg/m3,高于国家标准的要求。体检49例劳动者,其中2例白细胞低于正常参考限值的下限。结论该制鞋企业贴底岗位的甲苯超标较严重,应加强监督管理,正确配置、使用职业病防护设施,加强劳动者职业卫生知识的健康教育,杜绝职业危害的发生。
Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of occupational benzene poisoning in a shoe-making enterprise and provide references for the formulation of prevention and control measures in shoe-making industry. Methods According to the national corresponding technical specifications and standards, a shoemaking enterprise in our city was investigated for occupational hygiene, and the concentration of harmful substances in the air of the workplace of the enterprise was measured. Occupational health examination was conducted on 49 workers. Results A total of five jobs in this company were used to detect the concentrations of toxic and hazardous substances such as benzene in the ambient air. The C TWA and C STEL of toluene at the bottom posts were 143.71 mg / m3 and 199.14 mg, respectively / m3, higher than the national standard requirements. Physical examination of 49 cases of workers, including 2 cases of leukocytes below the lower limit of normal reference. CONCLUSIONS: Toluene at the bottom posts of the shoe-making enterprises is more serious than normal. More efforts should be made to supervise and manage, correctly configure and use occupational disease protection facilities and strengthen the health education of workers’ occupational health knowledge so as to prevent the occurrence of occupational hazards.
