在全球动画产业中不显山不露水的朝鲜动画在原创动画方面具有独特的艺术特性,笔者通过长期观摩朝鲜原创动画,发现他们在主题上、细节上、情节上具有独特的艺术规律。无论是在动物题材还是在人物题材朝鲜动画都把保家卫国作为永恒的主题。通过选择独具民族性的场景和铿锵有力的声音以此来完成细节的处理。选用激烈性很强的故事作为动画情节,并且在影片的最后以暴力血腥的结尾作为故事的结局。动画作为一种具有高度文化引导性的意识形态阵地,所拥有的艺术特色其实也是朝鲜当局政府认为动画的宗旨。
