蛋白酶激活受体-2(proteinase-activated receptor,PAR)是G蛋白耦联受体家族成员之一,遍布整个胃肠道上皮细胞表面,易暴露于能使其激活的蛋白酶中,是体内许多消化道腺体外分泌的直接调控者,直接影响胃肠道动力。目前,蛋白酶激活受体独特的激活方式及其在消化系统中的广泛分布和复杂多样的生理作用,特别是蛋白酶激活受体-2与胃肠运动和感知的关系正受到广泛关注。
Protease-activated receptor (PAR), a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, is found throughout the entire gastrointestinal epithelial cell surface and is readily exposed to proteases that activate it. The direct regulation of glandular secretion in vitro directly affects the gastrointestinal motility. Currently, the unique activation of protease-activated receptors and its widespread distribution in the digestive system and the complex and diverse physiological roles, especially the relationship between protease-activated receptor-2 and gastrointestinal motility and perception, are receiving much attention.
