甘蓝转生长素基因系G4325的基因组内插入有发根农杆菌pRi质粒上的生长素合成酶基因。该转基因系自交后,其M2代的植株仍保留异常的形态和生理特征:它们与未转化的正常植株(对照)相比,结球期提前,叶球变小,紧实度增加,外叶趋向松散的抱合,侧根数增多;腋芽扦插时不定根发生早而多,成活率显著高于对照;下胚轴在离体条件下培养时会自然发生大量不定根。结果表明,外源生长素基因在转基因植株后代上得到了表达,对叶球发育和根的分化具有一定的调节作用。与M1代不同,转基因系M2代植株雄蕊发育不健全,花粉少,在蕾期和花期自交后均不结实。
The auxin synthetase gene on the Agrobacterium rhizogenes pRi plasmid is inserted into the genome of Ghrelin G4325. After selfing, the M2 generation plants retained abnormal morphological and physiological characteristics. Compared with the non-transformed normal plants (control), the M2 generation plants had an earlier stage of node formation, a smaller leaflet, an increased compaction, The leaf tended to loosely intertwined, and the number of lateral roots increased. Adventitious roots were earlier and more in the axillary buds, and the survival rate was significantly higher than that of the control. Hypocotyls naturally occurred in adventitious roots when cultured in vitro. The results showed that the exogenous auxin gene was expressed in progenies of transgenic plants and had some regulation on the development of leaf and root differentiation. Unlike the M1 generation, M2 plants in the transgenic lines did not have well-developed stamens and few pollens, and they were not robust after selfing in the budding and flowering stages.
