根据《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》,参考国外甲酸乙酯的卫生标准(300 mg/m3),采用溶剂解吸气相色谱法检测工作场所空气中甲酸丙酯浓度。本法检出限为2.4×10-3μg(液体进样1μl),甲酸丙酯浓度在0.0~4760.0μg/ml内呈线性关系。当浓度为10.0、20.0、60.0、120.0、500.0μg/ml时,其相对标准偏差分别为5.9%、3.6%、3.2%、2.5%、4.5%。用100 mg活性炭固体吸附剂采样,二硫化碳解吸30 min,进样1μl,其平均解吸效率为92.3%,采样效率在低浓度下为100%,100 mg活性炭的穿透容量为4.6 mg。采集样品在室温下可存放7 d,冰箱冷藏存放14 d,现场空气中的共存物不干扰甲酸丙酯的测定。经现场应用证明该方法可行,具有快速、准确、灵敏度高、操作简便、材料易得、便于携带和传递等优点。
The concentration of propyl formate in the air of the workplace was measured by solvent desorption gas chromatography according to the “Study on Monitoring of Toxic Substances in the Air of Workshop” and the reference to the health standard of ethyl formate abroad (300 mg / m3). The detection limit of this method is 2.4 × 10-3μg (liquid injection 1μl), propyl formate concentration in 0.0 ~ 4760.0μg / ml within a linear relationship. The relative standard deviations were 5.9%, 3.6%, 3.2%, 2.5% and 4.5% at the concentrations of 10.0, 20.0, 60.0, 120.0 and 500.0 μg / ml, respectively. The sample was taken with 100 mg activated carbon solid adsorbent and desorbed with carbon disulfide for 30 min. The average desorption efficiency was 92.3%. The sampling efficiency was 100% at low concentration and the permeation capacity of 100 mg activated carbon was 4.6 mg. Samples collected at room temperature can be stored for 7 days, refrigerated refrigerator for 14 days, the coexistence of air in the scene does not interfere with the determination of propyl formate. The field application proves that the method is feasible, with the advantages of fast, accurate, high sensitivity, easy operation, easy to get materials, easy to carry and transfer.
