目的:研究唇形科香薷属植物大黄药Elsholtzia penduliflora W.W.Smith化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从大黄药中分离得到9个化合物,分别为7-甲氧基白杨素(1)、5,7,8-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(2)、阿魏酸(3)、白桦酸(4)、木犀草素(5)、咖啡酸(6)、3β-O-乙酰熊果酸(7)、山香二烯酸(8)、蔷薇酸(9)。结论:化合物2,7~9首次从香薷属中分离得到,化合物3,4首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Rheum officinale Elsholtzia penduliflora W.W.Smith. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used for isolation and purification, and structural elucidation was carried out by spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from rhubarb, which were 7-methoxychrysin (1), 5,7,8-trimethoxyflavone (2), ferulic acid (3) Luteolin (4), luteolin (5), caffeic acid (6), 3β-O-acyl ursolic acid (7), behenic acid (8) and rose acid (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2, 7 ~ 9 were isolated from the genus Xanthium for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
