一、体育教师听评课的现状听课与评课是一种教师的日常专业活动,一种专业学习活动,一种合作研究活动。但是在当前的体育教学听评课活动中,许多体育教师并没有表现出一种专业水准,反而很随意;并没有传达出一种学习气象,反而视为一种负担;也未显示出一种热火朝天的合作研究倾向,反而是一种貌合神离、不合而作。造成这种现象的原因有以下几种。(一)教师没有内驱力,听评课计划性不强大部分体育教师听课没有内驱力,他们或为考核听课,追求课的数量;或为评课而听课,迫于工作要求;或为模仿
