心脏起搏器的临床应用是近代治疗心脏病的一项重要进展,对抢救和治疗危及生命的严重心律失常具有重大价值,在欧美一些国家里,起博疗法已作为一种常规疗法广泛地被心血管疾病专家、临床医师和医学院校学生所认识。目前世界各国使用心脏起搏器而得以存活的患者已超过50万人;我国的起搏工程学和起搏器的临床应用,近十年来虽也有进展,但目前此一诊疗技术尚未能广泛地普及于各级医院。为了推广这一卓有成效的疗法,本刊约请我省在起搏方面经验较丰富的孙继川医师等,结合他们5年来近百例的临床实践经验,撰写了这篇专题论述。全文共分7章。今后将分期予以刊载。希望能对即将从事心脏人工起搏工作的临床医务工作者会有所帮助,并能使我省的起搏工作较快地普及推广开来。
