目的 :观察运脾复方对幼龄厌食大鼠摄食中枢和饱中枢神经元自发放电的影响 ,探讨运脾复方治疗小儿厌食症的作用机制。方法 :在成功建立幼龄厌食大鼠模型的基础上 ,用细胞外记录方法 ,记录实验动物下丘脑外侧区和腹内侧区的神经元单位放电频率 ,在对照组、模型组和用药组之间进行对比。结果 :模型动物下丘脑外侧区神经元放电频率降低 ,运脾复方能刺激下丘脑外侧区神经元放电 ,同时抑制下丘脑腹内侧区放电。结论 :运脾复方能调节摄食中枢和饱中枢神经元的自发放电 ,促进动物摄食。
Objective : To observe the effect of Yunpi Fufang on the spontaneous discharge of feeding center and satiety center neurons in adolescent rats with anorexia, and to explore the mechanism of Yunpi Fufang in the treatment of anorexia in children. METHODS: Based on successful establishment of an anorectal rat model in young rats, the unit discharge frequency of neurons in the lateral hypothalamus and ventral medial areas of the experimental animals was recorded by extracellular recording method. The frequency of the unit neurons in the control group, model group, and medication group was recorded. comparing. RESULTS: The firing frequency of neurons in the lateral hypothalamus of model animals was decreased. Yunpi compound can stimulate the firing of neurons in the lateral hypothalamus and inhibit the ventral hypothalamic discharge. Conclusion : Yunpi Fufang can regulate the spontaneous discharge of feeding center and satiety central neurons and promote animal feeding.
