目的应用Box-Behnken设计优化车前子多糖的闪式提取工艺。方法在单因素试验基础上,选取提取时间、提取电机电压、水料比为自变量,车前子多糖提取率为因变量,利用Box-Behnken设计对3个自变量各水平二项式进行拟合,确定车前子多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为提取时间92s,提取电机电压157V,水料比17∶1,车前子多糖的提取率达5.64%,与预测值的偏差2.5%。结论 Box-Behnken设计优化的车前子多糖闪式提取工艺快速简便可靠,提取率高于传统煎煮法的5.33%。为车前子多糖的有效开发利用奠定了基础。
Objective To optimize the flash extraction process of Polysaccharide from Plantago with Box-Behnken design. Methods Based on the single factor test, the extraction time, motor voltage and water / oil ratio were taken as independent variables and the extraction rate of PPS was taken as the dependent variable. The binomial of the three independent variables were simulated by Box-Behnken design Together, to determine the best plant polysaccharides extraction process. Results The optimal extraction process was extracting time 92s, extracting motor voltage 157V, ratio of material to water 17:1, extraction rate of plantago polysaccharide 5.64%, deviation 2.5% from the predicted value. Conclusion The Box-Behnken design and optimization of psyllium flash extraction process is fast, simple and reliable, and the extraction rate is 5.33% higher than the traditional decoction method. Psyllium for the effective development and utilization of laid the foundation.
