蛲虫感染常见于肠道,如阑尾。子宫内膜蛲虫异位感染极少,常被妇科及病理科临床工作者所忽视。笔者报道3例子宫内膜蛲虫异位感染病例,并结合相关文献对其临床病理表现进行总结,以期引起妇科医师及病理医师的注意。1资料与方法1.1临床资料患者均为女性,年龄分别为30、36、49岁,月经不规则2～6个月不等。其中2例伴外阴瘙痒。无其他明显不适。常规实验室检查未见异常。妇科检查未见异常。3例患者均已孕已产。门诊行 Pinworm infections are common in the intestine, such as the appendix.
