英国科学家近日公布研究报告显示,每天喝牛奶的人因患心脏病致死的风险不比无此习惯的人高。布里斯托尔大学科学家对5700多名年龄在35至64岁的苏格兰人进行为期25年的跟踪调查,并对他们的饮食、生活方式、健康状况及社会和经济因素进行研究评估。结果发现,有喝牛奶习惯的人因罹患心脏病、癌症等各种病症而致死可能性比无此习惯的人低8%~10%。科学家推测,牛奶所含钙质可能对导致动脉阻塞的饱和脂肪有抑制作用,并可防止血压升高。另一个原因是,有此习惯的人生活方式一般较健康,他们的平均烟、酒摄入
British scientists recently released research shows that people who drink milk each day than the risk of death from heart disease than those who do not have this habit. University of Bristol scientists conducted a 25-year follow-up survey of more than 5,700 Scottish-Americans aged 35-64 and assessed their diet, lifestyle, health status, and social and economic factors.
