语义理解与语法分析在翻译表达过程中是首先遇到并应当处理好的两个重要方面。本文从英译汉的角度，用较多的实例论证了上述观点并得出了这样的结论：语义理解准确才能够译对；语法分析无误才能够译通。 Semantic understanding and grammatical analysis are the two most important aspects encountered and should be dealt with in the process of translation expression. From the perspective of English to Chinese translation, this article demonstrates the above point of view with more examples and draws the conclusion that only when the semantic understanding is accurate can the translation be correct; and when the grammatical analysis is correct, it can be translated.
