目的探究医护合作情境模拟教学对消化内镜新入职护士综合技能的影响。方法以2016年5月-2017年5月起源新入职护士100名作为研究对象。采用分段随机化法分组。对照组实施常规教

目的探究医护合作情境模拟教学对消化内镜新入职护士综合技能的影响。方法以2016年5月-2017年5月起源新入职护士100名作为研究对象。采用分段随机化法分组。对照组实施常规教学,实验组则实施医护合作情景模拟教学,分析、比较两组新入职护士教学的结果。结果实验组新入职护士教学后的实践操作能力评分、专业理论知识评分、综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组教学总满意率(94.00%)较对照组教学总满意率(80.00%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新入职护
