用PC10免疫组化染色观察了增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在角化棘皮瘤(KA)和鳞癌(SCC)中的表达。在KA中,PCNA阳性细胞主要分布于基底层和基底上层,而在SCC中,则广泛分布于肿瘤细胞团中。PCNA阳性指数在KA组中为22.3%~40.8%,平均32.6%,而在SCC组中则高达41.0%~80.9%,平均63.2%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且两组间个例PCNA阳性指数没有重叠。这种增殖特性的显著差异提示KA和SCC是两种性质不同的肿瘤。而PCNA阳性指数可能对鉴别KA和SCC有帮助。
PC10 immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in keratoacanthoma (KA) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). In KA, PCNA-positive cells are mainly distributed in the basal layer and basal layer, while in SCC, they are widely distributed in the tumor cell mass. The PCNA positive index in the KA group was 22.3% to 40.8% with an average of 32.6%, while in the SCC group it was as high as 41.0% to 80.9% with an average of 63.2%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01), and there was no overlap between the two cases of PCNA positive index. This significant difference in proliferation characteristics suggests that KA and SCC are two tumors of different nature. The PCNA positive index may help identify KA and SCC.
