目的:建立夹板、颌间固定、夹板结合颌间固定等保守治疗动物模型,为对比研究髁状突纵形骨折治疗提供模型。材料与方法:实验用小型猪24头,分为夹板治疗6头,颌间固定6头,夹板结合颌间固定6头及正常对照6头。模拟临床使用的上颌稳定性夹板,在小型猪上设计为铸造金属网状围墙塑料混合垫。颌间固定为左右颌骨间正中位结扎。结果:夹板无脱落,塑料咬合面磨损较慢。结论:夹板等保守治疗模型适合小型猪解剖生理特点,固位稳定好,耐磨损,易于重复,是较理想的动物实验模型。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a conservative model for the treatment of longitudinal condylar fractures with plywood, intermaxillary fixation, plywood and intermaxillary fixation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-four miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups: 6 for plywood, 6 for intermaxillary fixation, 6 for plywood combined with intermaxillary fixation and 6 for normal control. Simulated clinical maxillary stability splint, cast on a miniature pig cast metal mesh wall plastic hybrid pad. Intermaxillary fixation for the left and right jaw between the median 结 position ligation. Results: splint no shedding, wear plastic bite surface slower. CONCLUSION: The conservative treatment model such as splint is suitable for the anatomical and physiological characteristics of miniature pigs. It has good stability, wear resistance and easy to repeat. It is an ideal experimental animal model.
