目的观察中药敷脐和口服四联活菌素片中西医结合治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛的疗效。方法治疗组128例应用中药敷脐和口服四联活菌素片治疗,对照组128例口服四联活菌素片和山莨菪碱片治疗。结果总有效率治疗组90.62%,对照组58.59%,腹痛缓解及减少复发方面均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药敷脐和口服四联活菌素片治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛疗效显著,复发率低,方法简便易行,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Umbilicus and Oral Tetracycline in the treatment of children with functional recurrent abdominal pain. Methods 128 cases of treatment group were treated with umbilicus and oral tetrandrine tablets, while 128 cases in control group were treated with oral tetrandrine tablets and anisodamine tablets. Results The total effective rate was 90.62% in the treatment group, 58.59% in the control group, and it was significantly better than the control group in relieving and reducing recurrence of abdominal pain. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine umbilical and oral tetracycline tablets treatment of children with functional recurrent abdominal pain significant effect, low recurrence rate, the method is simple and easy, worthy of clinical promotion.
