对冀棉18号F1和F2花铃期的SOD和POD活性及生理生化机制进行了研究。结果表明,冀棉18号F1和F2花铃期的同化量明显高于对照种中棉12,并且光合产物主要运输到蕾铃等生殖器官上;F1和F2的SOD活性差异不明显,并与亲本和对照相近;F1的POD活性略高于F2,二者均明显高于对照。
The activities of SOD and POD and their physiological and biochemical mechanisms during the flowering and boll stage of Ji’mian 18 F1 and F2 were studied. The results showed that the assimilation amount of F1 and F2 of Jiamu 18 was significantly higher than that of CK 12 at the flowering and boll stage, and the photosynthetic products were mainly transported to the reproductive organs such as the buds. The SOD activity of F1 and F2 was not significantly different The POD activity of F1 was slightly higher than F2, both of which were significantly higher than that of the control.
