精馏过程模拟计算是化工过程模拟的重要组成部分,其单元模块开发具有重要意义。为实现基于Cape-Open标准的复杂精馏单元,首先要定义复杂精馏塔的功能,建立精馏过程的数学模型,并根据新松弛法与三对角矩阵泡点法的联合算法建立其数学模型并完成相应的数学模型求解算法;其次,基于Cape-Open标准,采用C++语言与COM组件将数学模型、求解算法和用户界面分别封装到各自类中。最后,通过两组极性体系的精馏实例对所开发模块进行验证,分别经过10次迭代和7次迭代求解后达到收敛精度。将各塔板温度、汽液相组成等计算结果同过程模拟软件Aspen Plus对比、分析并得出结论。所开发的复杂精馏塔单元模块可以较好的计算塔内各平衡级的组成、流量和温度分布,表明该精馏单元模块所求得的结果是可靠的。
Simulation of distillation process is an important part of chemical process simulation, and its module development is of great significance. In order to realize the complex distillation unit based on Cape-Open standard, we first define the function of the complex distillation column and establish the mathematic model of the distillation process. Based on the joint algorithm of the new relaxation method and the tridiagonal matrix bubble point method, Model and complete the corresponding mathematical model solving algorithm.Secondly, based on the Cape-Open standard, C ++ language and COM components are used to encapsulate the mathematical model, solving algorithm and user interface into their respective classes. Finally, the developed modules were validated by the distillation of two polar systems, and the convergence accuracy was achieved after 10 iterations and 7 iterations respectively. The calculation results of the plate temperature, vapor-liquid phase composition, etc. are compared with Aspen Plus, a process simulation software, and the conclusion is drawn. The developed complex distillation column unit module can better calculate the composition, flow rate and temperature distribution of each balance column in the tower, indicating that the result obtained by the distillation unit module is reliable.
