目的:分析报道Standford B型主动脉夹层的治疗方法。方法:2004-03/2008-10经增强血管CT(CTA)确诊为Standford B型主动脉夹层患者23例,对其手术方法、手术结果、预后进行总结和分析。结果:21例痊愈,2例入院后不久即发生动脉瘤破裂而死亡。结论:介入手术治疗Standford B型主动脉夹层明显降低死亡率。血管内支架植入这一技术成为Standford B型主动脉夹层的经典术式。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and report the treatment of Standford B type aortic dissection. Methods: Twenty - three patients with Standford Type B Aortic Dissection confirmed by Enhanced Blood Vessel Computed Tomography (CTA) between March 2004 and October 2008 were reviewed and summarized. The operative methods, operative results and prognosis were summarized and analyzed. Results: 21 cases recovered, 2 cases died of ruptured aneurysm immediately after admission. Conclusion: Interventional treatment of Standford B aortic dissection significantly reduces mortality. Endovascular stenting is a classic technique for Standford type B aortic dissection.
