将材质为低合金钢的13号车钩按TB1335-78《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》要求,在我国现有设备、测试手段条件下,进行了静拉破坏、静拉、静压和静弯应力测定等四种强度试验。通过对试验数据的整理、分析证实,经正火和回火的低合金钢13号车钩其静拉破坏强度不低于300吨力,各测试点的强度能够满足在TB1335-78《规范》规定的各种工况条件下工作而不至于屈服,低合金钢的与ZG25的13号车钩相比,测试点的平均强度约提高一倍。
