本文用彩色多普勒超声心动图仪观察了25例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者使用美托洛尔前后左室收缩和舒张功能的变化.结果表明,美托洛尔能显著地改善AMI患者的左室舒张功能,而对左室收缩功能的抑制作用随着左室舒张功能改善逐渐消除.
The changes of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in 25 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) before and after metoprolol were observed by color Doppler echocardiography.The results show that metoprolol can significantly improve the AMI patients Left ventricular diastolic function, while the inhibition of left ventricular systolic function with the improvement of left ventricular diastolic function gradually eliminated.
