黏度是影响环氧沥青混凝土施工控制的主要因素之一,利用Brookfield旋转黏度计测试了不同温度下环氧沥青随时间增长的黏度值,得到了各温度下的黏度—时间增长和增长率曲线,并分析了各温度下的黏度—时间增长与增长率之间的变化规律;而后,基于化学流变理论,采用双阿累尼乌斯方程建立了环氧沥青的黏度预估模型,对比研究了预估模型的黏度值与试验值之间的关系。研究结果表明,所提出的环氧沥青黏度预估模型能较好地预估黏度增长,黏度增长率曲线与黏度增长曲线形式类似。
Viscosity is one of the main factors that influence the construction control of epoxy asphalt concrete. Viscosity values of epoxy asphalt with time under different temperatures were measured by Brookfield rotational viscometer, viscosity-time growth rate and growth rate curve were obtained at each temperature, Then the change rule of viscosity-time growth rate and growth rate at each temperature was analyzed. Then, the viscosity prediction model of epoxy asphalt was established based on chemical rheological theory and double Arrhenius equation. Predict the relationship between the model viscosity and the experimental value. The results show that the proposed viscosity prediction model of epoxy asphalt can better predict viscosity growth, viscosity growth rate curve and viscosity growth curve similar.
