电刺激大鼠下丘脑室旁核引起胃内压明显下降。肌肉注射酚妥拉明后,电刺激下丘脑室旁核胃内压下降至0.60±0.02kPa,与注药前(胃内压为0.64±0.01kPa)相比P>0.05,胃内压变化率为-6.3%。切断双侧颈迷走神经后,电刺激下丘脑室旁核,胃内压下降至0.57±0.03kPa,与切断迷走神经前相比P>0.05,胃内压变化率为-6.6%。肌肉注射阿托品和心得安均不能阻断电刺激下丘脑室旁核对胃内压的影响。本实验结果提示,下丘脑室旁核影响胃内压的传出通路可能是迷走神经,且由α受体介导。
Electrical stimulation of the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus caused a significant drop in gastric pressure. After intramuscular injection of phentolamine, the intragastric pressure in the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus decreased to 0.60 ± 0.02kPa after electrical stimulation, P> 0.05 compared with that before injection (intragastric pressure was 0.64 ± 0.01kPa), the rate of change of intra-gastric pressure -6.3%. After bilateral cervical vagus nerve was cut off, the paraventricular hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus and gastric pressure decreased to 0.57 ± 0.03kPa, compared with before the vagus nerve was cut off, the rate of change of gastric pressure was -6.6%. Intramuscular injection of atropine and propranolol can not block the impact of electrical stimulation of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus on gastric pressure. The experimental results suggest that the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus affecting the gastric intra-gastric pressure pathways may be the vagus nerve, and mediated by the α receptor.
