目的探讨芹菜对雄性小鼠生精过程的影响。方法成年健康SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠40只,按体重随机分为4组:对照组(0.9%生理盐水),低、中、高剂量组(芹菜汁浓度分别约为2.03、4.06和8.12g/ml),灌胃0.3ml/d,连续56d,实验结束处死小鼠,取材,应用流式细胞术检测睾丸生精细胞DNA含量及细胞周期。结果与对照组比较,高剂量组睾丸组织二倍体细胞数明显增加、四倍体细胞数减少(P<0.05);G0/G1期细胞数显著增高(P<0.05),G2/M期细胞数减少(P<0.05)。结论芹菜对雄性小鼠的生精过程有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of celery on the spermatogenesis in male mice. Methods Forty male Kunming SPF Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight: control group (0.9% saline), low, medium and high dose groups (celery juice concentrations were about 2.03, 4.06 and 8.12g / ml), gavage 0.3ml / d, continuous 56d, the mice were sacrificed at the end of the experiment, drawing, the application of flow cytometry testicular spermatogenic cells DNA content and cell cycle.
