结合锅炉供热系统自动控制的特点,开发了实用的基于图形语言的锅炉供热自动控制系统。给出了一种自适应PID控制算法,利用该PID控制算法控制锅炉出水的温度和流量以及炉膛的燃烧环境可有效地实现控制目标。实验结果表明该控制系统具有良好的自适应能力。
Combined with the automatic control of boiler heating system, a practical boiler heating automatic control system based on graphic language was developed. An adaptive PID control algorithm is given. By using the PID control algorithm to control the temperature and flow of boiler effluent and the combustion environment of the furnace, the control target can be effectively achieved. Experimental results show that the control system has a good self-adaptive ability.
