在压力容器制造过程中,由于综合考虑了压力容器设计的科学性、工艺的合理性、施焊的可操作性,经常会使用带衬环来焊接筒体最后一道环缝。此类对接焊缝通过射线检测后,底片上经常能看到一些貌似未熔合的伪缺陷影像。经过实物解剖和分析,排除了Ⅳ危害缺陷存在的可能,确定为带衬环焊缝根部收缩沟缺陷。此类缺陷在JB/T4730-2005中没有定性和定量,所以一般不作为危害缺陷处理;但是,它的存在不仅干扰了底片的评定,而且使设备焊接接头的性能存在着隐患。笔者在产品监检过程中,发现小型容器、无缝钢管制容器中此类问题尤为突出。在此,笔者结合工作中的实际,对带衬环焊缝根部收缩沟缺陷做出分析。

Such defects in JB / T4730-2005 is not qualitative and quantitative, it is not generally as a hazard defect treatment; However, its presence not only interfere with the assessment of the film, but also the performance of the device welded joints there is a hidden danger. In the course of product supervision and inspection, I found that such problems are particularly noticeable in small containers and seamless steel containers. Here, the author combined with the actual work, with a ring weld shrinkage root defect analysis.
