我院自１９９８年８月以来，对３例产后大出血行两侧髂内动脉栓塞治疗获得成功。现报道如下。一、病例与方法３例患者年龄分别为２５、２８、３６岁。１例剖宫产术后２７天无诱因出现阴道大出血；１例妊娠３４周，死胎常规引产，术中出现阴道大出血；１例剖宫产术后即大出血。?
In our hospital since August 1998, three cases of post-partum hemorrhage on both sides of the iliac artery embolization were successful. Report as follows now. First, the cases and methods 3 patients were 25,28,36 years of age. One case of vaginal bleeding occurred 27 days after cesarean section. One case of 34 weeks of gestation died of routine vaginal bleeding and intraoperative vaginal bleeding occurred. One case of massive bleeding after cesarean section. ?
