已证明,棉属(Gossyp(?)m)植物细胞悬浮培养能合成倍半萜醛类成分半棉酚(Hemigossypol)和棉酚,但陆神棉(G.hirsutum)细胞连续传代培养4年后,生成半棉酚和棉酚的能力显著下降。各种培养基处理包括改变激素浓度都不能恢复其合成能力。其它植物细胞悬浮培养也有类似情况。曾观察到棉花苗在感染大丽花轮枝孢(Verticillium dahliae)的分生孢子后,棉酚等倍半萜醛成分生成增加。鉴此,作者用大丽花轮枝
It has been demonstrated that Gossyp(TM) m plant cell suspension cultures can synthesize hemestrol aldehydes like hemigossypol and gossypol, but G. hirsutum cells are subcultured continuously for 4 years. The ability to generate hempol and gossypol is significantly reduced. Various media treatments, including altered hormone concentrations, did not restore their ability to synthesize. Other plant cell suspension cultures have similar conditions. Cotton seedlings were observed to infect conidia of Verticillium dahliae, and the production of gossypol and other sesquiterpenoids increased. In view of this, the author uses a branch of dahlia.
