随着社会的发展和观念的不断更新,学生思想观念日趋复杂,传统的学生管理理念、方式和体制已很难适应形势发展的需要。建立以人为本的学生管理模式,把管理作为一种服务于人的手段,强调围绕调动学生的主动性、积极性和创造性来开展管理工作,使学生管理工作成为帮助学生健康成长和全面发展的重要途径。
With the development of society and the continuous updating of concepts, students’ ideas and concepts become more and more complicated. The traditional student management concepts, methods and systems have been hard to adapt to the needs of the development of the situation.
