每一位班主任为了管理好班级,都要采取一定的措施,但在具体实施中,常常陷入困惑:过于强调规范,强调管理,势必影响学生个性的发展;如果淡化管理,过于强调学生个性的张扬,又将影响班级的整体和谐,导致日常学习无法进行。我们如何在规范管理与张扬个性中找到一个支点,寻求一种平衡呢?一、尊重学生是前提教师面对的是一个个鲜活的生命。每个生命都希望被尊重,渴望被认可,孩子更是如此。尊重是平等的体现,也是爱的表现。只有发自内心地尊重每一个学生,才能和学生站在同一高度,才有可能拉进师生之间的心灵尺度。
