目的探讨尿路梗阻性肾功能不全的治疗方法。方法首先解除引起肾功能损害的梗阻因素,观察解除梗阻因素后肾功能的变化情况。结果25例患者中,9例尿路梗阻持续2周以内者,肾功能全部自行改善;10例持续2周~3个月者中,8例肾功能自行改善;6例持续3个月以上者,均未能自行改善。结论及时解除尿路梗阻因素,有利于肾功能的恢复;尽可能争取2周以内解除尿路梗阻因素,可避免造成肾功能不可逆性损害。
Objective To explore the treatment of urinary tract obstruction renal insufficiency. Methods First of all, to relieve the obstructive factors that cause renal dysfunction and to observe the changes of renal function after obstruction was removed. Results Of the 25 patients, 9 cases of urinary tract obstruction sustained within 2 weeks and renal function all improved on their own. Among the 10 patients who lasted from 2 weeks to 3 months, 8 cases had self-improvement of renal function; 6 cases continued for more than 3 months , Failed to improve on their own. Conclusion The timely removal of urinary tract obstruction factors is conducive to the recovery of renal function; try to get the urinary tract obstruction within two weeks as possible to avoid irreversible damage to renal function.
