以正火态43CrNiSiMoV钢为实验对象,研究了消除热应力处理过程中温度和处理次数对其拉伸、冲击性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当处理温度为540℃时,实验钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率和冲击性能得到了较好的匹配;随着热处理次数的增加,其屈服强度、抗拉强度和冲击韧度有所下降,断面收缩率有所上升;实验钢具有较好的抵抗低温裂纹扩展的能力和抗硫化氢腐蚀性能。
The effects of temperature and treatment times on tensile, impact and corrosion resistance of 43CrNiSiMoV steel in normalized state were studied. The results show that the yield strength, tensile strength, reduction of area and impact performance of the experimental steel are well matched when the treatment temperature is 540 ℃. With the increase of the number of heat treatment, the yield strength, tensile strength and impact Toughness decreased, the reduction rate of cross-section increased; experimental steel has good resistance to low-temperature crack propagation capacity and resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion.
