在新形势下探讨消防部队的经费保障能力,不仅对于提高消防部队战斗力有着至关重要的作用,同时还可以促进经费的合理使用。由于各地经济发展不平衡和消防部队职能的不断扩展,消防经费保障能力在一定程度上还显不足。本文重点从保障机制建设、党委理财等方面论述了解决的方法。
Under the new situation, exploring the funding support capabilities of the fire brigade will not only play an important role in enhancing the combat effectiveness of the fire brigade, but also promote the rational use of funds. Due to the uneven economic development in various places and the continuous expansion of the functions of the fire brigade, the ability to guarantee fire funds is still not sufficient to a certain extent. This article focuses on the protection mechanism construction, party finance and other aspects of the solution to the problem.
