目的探讨晶状体、玻璃体切除术后二期前房型人工晶状体植入的适应证、手术方法和疗效。方法对我院行晶状体、玻璃体切除术后的26例，分别在术后3月～2年，行前房型人工晶状体植入，术后随访6月以上。结果无视网膜原发病复发，所有患者均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。其中7眼≥0．8，10眼≥0．5，其余在0．3～0．4之间。结论晶状体、玻璃体切除术后不用传统插管方法，而直接经巩膜角膜内切口行二期前房人工晶状植入术，便捷、安全，疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the indications, surgical methods and curative effects of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation after vitrectomy and vitrectomy. Methods 26 cases of lens and vitrectomy were performed in our hospital from March to February after operation. Anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed. The follow-up was more than 6 months after operation. Results no primary retinal recurrence, all patients meet or exceed the best corrected visual acuity before surgery. Among them, 7 eyes ≥0.8, 10 eyes ≥0.5, others were between 0.3 ~ 0.4. Conclusions There is no need for traditional intubation after vitrectomy and vitrectomy. Intraocular incision of the sclera and intraocular lens for second-stage anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is convenient, safe and satisfactory.
