随着社会的进步和发展,我国的教育事业也不断前进,尤其值得推崇的是最近几年全国各地实行教育新课程改革,这是教育史上一个标志性的里程碑。在这个大环境下,高中政治老师也开始转变传统教学模式,同时在专业成长过程中必须具备专业的个性特质,将将教学和生活紧密相连。通过学习来解决生活中遇到的难题,增加学习乐趣,同时也能够带动学生学习的氛围和积极性,适应高中思想政治课程的要求。这一个性特质和激励方式的提出提高了高中政治教学的质量。因此本文就高中政治教师的个性特质予以讨论,同时不断探索和总结出有效的激励方式。
With the progress and development of our society, our country’s educational undertakings have also made continuous progress. In particular, it is worthy of esteem that the reform of the new educational curriculum for education throughout the country has taken place in recent years. This marks an landmark milestone in the history of education. In this environment, high school political teachers also began to change the traditional teaching mode. In the process of professional growth, they must have professional personality traits, which will closely link teaching and living. Through learning to solve the problems encountered in life, increase learning pleasure, but also be able to drive students to learn the atmosphere and enthusiasm to meet the high school ideological and political curriculum requirements. This characteristic of personality and the way of motivation raised the quality of political teaching in senior high school. Therefore, this article discusses the personality traits of high school political teachers, while constantly exploring and summarizing the effective ways of motivation.
