国家标准局现在设有频率范围从50千赫到45兆赫的改进型Q标准校准服务业务。由于最近的研究结果,校准不确定度已经降低到可以与Q表的谐振电容和Q的分辨力相比拟的量级。NBS标准值的不确定度同目前最佳的两端阻抗法所得的结果是一致的,此外,NBS标准值已经统计地调整到一个更高的标准化程度。本文对作为标准的Q表指示值和NBS给的标准的有效值之间的差别作了讨论。这些差值主要是由于Q表电路中的残余导抗的影响,所以提出了计算这些残余导抗的方法。
The National Bureau of Standards now has an improved Q standard calibration service in the frequency range from 50 kHz to 45 MHz. As a result of recent research, the calibration uncertainty has been reduced to a magnitude that is comparable to the resonant capacitance of Q and the resolution of Q. The uncertainty of the NBS standard values is consistent with the best available two-terminal impedance method. In addition, the NBS standard values have been statistically adjusted to a higher level of standardization. This article discusses the differences between the standard Q-meter indication and the standard-effective-value NBS. These differences are mainly due to the residual conductance in the Q-meter circuit, so a method to calculate these residual conductances is proposed.
