为实现最佳割缝效果,在不同砂比、泵压、喷嘴移动速度、喷嘴材质下进行了室内对比试验,优选出割缝工艺参数的合理范围,即5%的砂比、30~35MPa的泵压、4~5mm/min的喷嘴移动速度。并利用优选的参数进行了3次磨料射流切割设备的割缝地面模拟试验,试验中,能够割出宽14~16mm、长63.5~95.5mm、深1.1m的裂缝,说明研制的该套割缝设备及优选的工艺参数能够获得所需的裂缝形态,可为储层的增产改造提供预置裂缝。
