本文通过灭虫灵复配剂对小菜蛾的室内毒力和增效测定评价及田间应用研究,结果表明,灭虫灵与杀虫单、高效氯氰菊酯复配剂对小菜蛾具有很高的活性,LC_(50)分别为10.04ppm 和0.59pm;共毒系数明显大于100,增效作用显著。田间小区试验证明,复配剂对小菜蛾均有优良的防治效果,灭虫灵与杀虫单、高效氯氰菊酯复配,1:1000～1500倍,防效95%左右,与 Bt 复配,1:500倍,防效在90%以上,残效期10～15天。
In this paper, the toxicity of insecticide to the diamondback moth Plutella xylostella toxicity and efficacy evaluation and field application study showed that the insecticide and insecticide single, alpha-cypermethrin compound on the diamondback moth with high activity, LC_ (50) were 10.04ppm and 0.59pm respectively; the co-toxicity coefficient was obviously higher than 100, and the synergism was significant. The field plot test showed that the compounding agents had excellent control effects on the diamondback moth, the insecticidal and insecticidal single, the cypermethrin compound 1: 1000 ~ 1500 times, the control effect about 95%, and Bt compound, 1 : 500 times, control effect is above 90%, residual effect period is 10 ~ 15 days.
