“质量、品种、效益年”活动在建筑施工企业如何开展?根据我公司近几年,特别是治理整顿开始以来的实践体会,以改革为动力、以项目管理为基础,加强企业经济技术综合管理,提高质量效益水平,是一条可行之路。1988年以来,我公司按照这条思路,进行了有益的探索,事实证明也确有实效。1988年在全国工程质量大检查中,获得总成绩第一名的好成绩。工程优良率逐年上升,1990年达到51.4%,创历史最好水平。
