应用技术人才培养是未来本科人才培养的重要方向之一。本文针对材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养,提出人才培养模式要适用于装备制造业发展模式,培养人才理念适应于企业生产理念、符合当今企业文化。通过以企业生产过程为对象的专业课程体系,构建“重基础、重实践”实用型高级专门人才为主线的培养体系。提出多个大类学科交叉,将、“机械工程”、“金属材料”与“控制工程”这三个相关学科紧密有机地结合在一起,专业口径宽,毕业生知识面宽,综合素质强。
Applied technical personnel training is one of the important directions for undergraduate talents training in the future. In this paper, material molding and control engineering professionals training, proposed personnel training model should be applied to the equipment manufacturing industry development model, training personnel to adapt to the concept of corporate philosophy, in line with today’s corporate culture.
