水仙是隆冬时节倍受人们喜爱的观赏花卉,但由于叶狭长(达30—40厘米),极易下披,影响了观赏效果。为此,我们试用~(60)C_0-r射线辐射鳞茎,抑制其生长,取得了明显的矮化效果。具体方法是:取水仙鳞茎,雕出叶芽和花芽,洗掉粘液,用~(60)C_0-r射线进行辐射处理。为了减少γ射线对生根的影响,照射时应芽朝钴源,根朝外;也可用钻板屏蔽根部。照射剂量分别为2000伦琴、3000伦琴和5000伦琴,照射量率为28.1伦琴/分。照射后按常规方法水养。
Narcissus is an ornamental flower that is much loved by people during the winter season. However, it is easy to peel because of the narrow and long leaves (up to 30-40 cm), which affects the ornamental effect. To this end, we try ~ (60) C_0-r radiation to irradiate the bulb, inhibit its growth, and obtain obvious dwarfing effect. The specific method is: take daffodil bulb, carved out buds and flower buds, wash off the mucus, with ~ (60) C_0-r radiation treatment. In order to reduce the impact of gamma rays on rooting, irradiation should be towards the cobalt source, root outward; can also be used to shield the roots of drilling. Radiation doses were 2000 Roentgens, 3000 Roentgens and 5000 Roentgen, exposure rate was 28.1 Roentgen / minute. Irradiated by the conventional method of aquaculture.
