本文在探索校本德育课程的建设和实施背景下,通过借鉴“共创成长路”青少年正面成长计划,结合本校自身优势和特点,融合中西育人理念,形成一套凸显校本德育特色的“共创成长路”德育校本课程。该课程具有以下特点:一是全面关注青少年健康成长,二是引导学生寻求幸福,三是注重体验式学习。该课程在实施过程中注重团队建设和系统培训,开展行动研究并重视课程实效,举办工作坊提升整体水平,加强评估指导确保效益提升。 Under the background of exploring the construction and implementation of school-based moral education curriculum, this article combines the positive and special characteristics of our school and the concept of educating Chinese and western students by drawing on the positive growth plan of “ ”Create a growth path " moral education school-based curriculum.
