中国稀土的理想发展状态应该是像乒乓球一样,通过中国的管理、技术、品牌优势,把全世界纳入到同一个产业链条之中。而不是像现在这样,家里头破血流,在外任人摆布3月底的开普敦,秋意渐浓。应南非国民议会邀请,全国人大常委会副委员长华建敏率团访问南非。作为全国人大财经委员会委员,中国钢研科技集团有限公司功能材料研究所副所长李卫参加了此次代表团。让李卫没有想到的是,无论是在与南非官方的交流中,还是在与代表团内部的沟通中,稀土,都成为了一个绕不过的话题。
