变式理论是我国教育理论中最完善、最成熟、最富特色的数学教育理论.变式教学是一种传统而经典的中国数学教学方式,它不仅有着广范的经验基础,而且也经过了教学实践的检验.通过对变式理论的认识,介绍了将其运用于数学教学中而产生的一种重要的教学方法——数学变式教学,同时介绍了变式的分类,即概念性变式和过程性变式,在此理论的基础上,总结出如何运用概念性变式和过程性变式进行教学设计,结合教学实例阐述了关于变式理论在数学教学中的实际应用,从教学的角度论述了实施数学变式教学不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且还有很好的现实应用价值.
